The Samsung UNB8500 Series LED TV has full array of local dimming LEDs behind the LCD screen, enabling it to achieve much deeper black levels compared to the edge-lit models. To date, the UNB8500 Series produce the best picture quality among all LED TVs. It also has a sleek styling. Despite having a full array of LED behind the screen it measures only 1.6-inches deep at its thickest point and tapering even thinner toward the edges of the panel. The biggest drawback of this product is however the price — it’s much more expensive than other LED TVs on the market.
