This is one of the more affordable model of LED TV from Samsung. The UNC6300 Series is an edge-lit (without precision dimming) LED TV, so the quality is not as good as the local dimming model (UNB8500) or the edge-lit precision dimming model (UNC6800), but it still produce deeper black level (better picture quality) than the traditional LCD TV. If you are not a videophile, the black level difference between the edge-lit and local dimming TV will not bother you much. What’s great about edge-lit LED TV is that it can be really slim and thus a super sleek design. The 46-inch model currently cost only around $1370 if you order it from Amazon — one of the best choice for average user.
